This day the Court, pursuant to its authority, does establish the following schedule of the Bonds to be imposed for the violations of the various listed offenses against the Ordinances of the Village, in the event a person wishes to exercise their right to forfeit appearance in Municipal Court. Court appearances award the Judge the discretion to impose fines as he/she deems appropriate.
The list is approximate the actual fines could be more or less than stated. Municipal Police court is held on each Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is awarded the right to appear in court regardless of the charge and have the citation addressed by the Municipal Judge. Trials are held on specific designated evenings.
